Access to Finance Program 2026 launched to empower entrepreneurs

The Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC), the Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) and the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) Friday officially launched the ‘Access to Finance Program 2026’, aiming to enhance financial knowledge and business capacity for local entrepreneurs.

The launch ceremony was presided over by Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC).

Rath Sophoan, Chairman of ABC, Pech Bolen, President of YEAC, and Dith Nita, Vice Chair of CMA, along with 250 entrepreneurs and business owners, attended the event in Phnom Penh.

In her open remarks, Serey praised the ABC’s efforts in organising this vital initiative, which supports entrepreneurs and business owners by providing capacity-building opportunities and delivering direct financial knowledge-sharing sessions led by experts from the banking and finance sector.
